In honor of National Nutrition Month this March; Duke’s Alehouse and Kitchen would like to remind patrons of their extensive menu of healthy dining options, which includes a variety of vegetarian dishes. Guests can enjoy Duke’s “Meatless Mondays” where all vegetarian menu items and specials are half price all day.
Guests can choose from vegetarian items such as Duke’s Grilled Vegetable Sandwich (Grilled Onions, Peppers, Yellow Squash, and Zucchini on a Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia; $8, with Goat Cheese; $10) and Polenta Cake (Pan-Seared Organic Polenta Cake stuffed with Goat Cheese and served with a fresh Field Green Salad of Julienne Apples, Candied Pecans, and Brown-Butter Vinaigrette; $12). Cheese lovers will rejoice over Duke’s Baked Mac ‘N’ Cheese (Cavatappi Pasta tossed in Gouda Cheese Béchamel, topped with Bread Crumbs and baked golden brown; $10).
