WHAT: Chicagoans are invited to join Chef/Owner Jonathan Fox and La Madia for lazy Italian-style Saturday afternoons in the kitchen for Winter Cooking Classes and Wine Tasting Series.
The next theme, on March 20, will be Handmade Pastas and Ravioli, perfect comfort food to close up winter. Class includes hand-rolled oxtail ravioli and demonstrations by Chef Fox on the proper techniques for both hand-rolled and filled pastas. Participants will enjoy samples and perfectly paired wine selections.
COST: $30 includes class, tastings, recipes and paired wine.
