Meson Sabika will host a Numanthia Wine Dinner this April featuring 5-courses paired with premium Spanish wines. Award-winning wine maker Manuel Louzada will be on hand to present his wines that will be paired with a specially crafted menu by Executive Chef Filemon Ochoa. Highlights include the Rabo De Langosta, sauteed lobster tail with lemon tomato saffron sauce paired with 08 Marques de Alella (Alella) and Solomillo De Cordero Y Buey, charcoal grilled beef tenderloin and lamb tenderloin served with roasted fennel and red wine sauce, paird with a 06 Numanthia and 07 Termanthia (Toro).
