KOI Executive Chef Bing Zhou along with wife and co-owner Sandy Chen will lead this class on the classic Asian finger-food: the Spring Roll. For only $20, participants will learn to make some of KOI’s signature spring rolls along with some off-menu features. All participants will receive a $20 gift certificate for use on their next visit.
Spring rolls from four different Asian cuisines will be taught, including the Chinatown Spring Roll, the Shanghai Spring Roll, a refreshing Vietnamese Roll and a Thai Spring Roll. Reservations are required.
