Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House in Naperville announces a partnership with the reputable foodie headquarters, Sur la Table, for a cooking class Monday, May 10. Chef José Sosa will lead this class at which participants will learn to make a classic Hugo’s meal: Crab Cakes with Hot Pink Mayo, Chilean Sea Bass in Miso Marinade with Wild Mushrooms and Sweet Peas finished and a decadent Chocolate Mousse to finish.
Class participants are invited to bring their own bottle of wine. Participants must be 21 or over.
