Carnivale’s sommelier Elizabeth Mendez will lead this hands-on class featuring two mouthwatering mojito recipes from the festive Latin restaurant’s signature cocktail menu. One is the classic Mojito and the other is a unique just-in-season Strawberry Mojito.
Participants will learn the history of this classic Cuban cocktail while creating and sampling perfectly muddled mojitos and appetizers by Chef Mark Mendez.
