Monthly Specials Feature Sustainable Local Produce

Chicagoans are invited to experience the best of the Midwest one week each month, May through September, with Executive Chef Mark Mendez.  Mendez will showcase seasonal ingredients from his favorite local farms.

June’s Farm to Table menu will feature Swiss chard from Green Acres Farm in North Judson Indiana and 100% grass-fed Lamb from Mint Creek Farm in Stelle, Illinois.  Information about each is farm below.  Reservations are recommended, not required.
