“Carnivale University” Semester Continues – Next Up: “Tequila 101”

Carnivale’s Sommelier, Elizabeth Mendez, will lead this hands-on class featuring world class tequilas from the diverse and exciting region of Jalisco, Mexico.

Participants will learn the history behind this classic spirit, production and origin while sampling various tequilas paired with a selection of appetizers prepared by Executive Chef David Dworshak.
