KOI’s Executive Chef Bing Zhou and wife and co-owner Sandy Chen will lead this class on the classic Chinese finger food. For only $20, participants will learn to make dough, roll dumplings and prepare a classic dipping sauce recipe. All participants will receive a $20 gift certificate for use on their next visit.
Menu will include potstickers (beef and vegetable), steamed and pan-fried dumplings.
