First Up: Mojitos 101
This October, the Carnivale University Fall Semester will kick off with Mojitos 101. Carnivale’s Master Mixologist, Daryl Freeman, will lead this hands-on class featuring two mouthwatering mojito recipes from Carnivale’s signature cocktail menu. One is the classic Mojito and the other is a unique Raspberry Mojito. Participants will learn the history of this classic Cuban cocktail while creating and sampling perfectly muddled mojitos paired with appetizers prepared by Executive Chef David Dworshak.
Carnivale University offers a comprehensive schedule of Mixology and Latin Cooking Classes, Unique Dinners and Entertaining Seminars — the perfect way for Chicagoans to learn about Latin culinary culture. The Carnivale University Fall syllabus will include Carnivale favorites like Mojitos 101, signature dinners and cooking classes.
