Madrid, who has spun across North and South America, Europe, and Asia alongside such notables as Antibalas, Juan Atkins, the Brazilian Girls, Osunlade, Larry Tee and Ron Trent, now brings his post-modernist style to LuxLounge every Saturday. White Label is a Chicago-based leading edge DJ collaborative comprised of Madrid and Sadie Woods. White Label toured as the exclusive music curators for Oprah Winfrey’s company-wide Trip of a Lifetime Mediterranean cruise and hold international residency at Space Academy in Seoul, Korea.

About Sadie Woods
With a background in performance and contemporary arts, Sadie Woods received her Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts at Columbia College Chicago and completed the International Curatorial Training Program at Ecole Du Magasin (Grenoble, France). She has worked and freelanced with local independent businesses and institutions Around the Coyote, Fluxcore, Fusion Dance, Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, Marwen, Rock for Kids, Shrink Boutique, The Silver Room and Translucent Chocolates in multiple roles, including curator, event planner, art instructor and musician. Sadie continues to freelance as a curator and DJ in North America and Europe and has performed at Armani Exchange, Around the Coyote, Congress Theater, Chicago Theater, Columbia College, DePaul University, The Empty Bottle, The Field Museum, Fleur Fine Art, Island Recorders, Magasin-CNAC (Grenoble), Mark XIII (Grenoble), Mexican Fine Arts Museum, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Sonotheque, Sotheby’s Auction House, Sound Bar, University of Illinois at Chicago, Victor Hotel, The Virgin Megastore, VerveLife and Zhou B.
