This November 20, Chicagoans can watch the highly anticipated Northwestern University versus University of Illinois game at Wrigley Field from a sky-high rooftop vantage point at Lakeview Baseball Club. Capacity is limited to an intimate 100 people, so football fans are encouraged to reserve their spots early.
Reservation price includes watching the game in style on one of Lakeview Baseball Club’s three levels of space (heated third-floor Club Room, rooftop bleacher seating for 100, outdoor seating on two levels), beer and wine at two bars and full game-day buffets.
Game menus include tailgating classics like build-your-own nachos, chili bar, and quesadillas along with classic comfort foods like beef brisket, mashed potatoes and four cheese lasagna followed by Ghiradelli Chocolate brownies and assorted gourmet cookies.
With great views over right field, Lakeview Baseball Club was the first of the rooftop clubs, is the only private club across from Wrigley Field and is best known for its sign reading “Eamus Catuli!” (roughly Latin for “Let’s Go Cubs!”) on its façade.
