Chicago Cut Steakhouse is taking reservations up until 1:30 AM on New Year’s Eve. Cut guests can order from the regular menu or enjoy an array of New Year’s Eve menu specials including: Australian Lobster Tail, Kumamoto Oysters, Chateaubriand for two and more. In addition, guests will enjoy live music from jazz vocalist Typhanie Monique (www.tmonique.com) and a complimentary Veuve Clicquot champagne toast at midnight and a grand celebration of streamers, balloons and dancing.

Chicago Cut Steakhouse is set to redefine the traditional steakhouse experience when the exciting new property opens on September 8, 2010. Owners David Flom and Matt Moore, both veterans of the restaurant industry, demonstrate the importance of guest service and hospitality coupled with the finest cuisine. Chicago Cut Steakhouse will be the only steakhouse in the city to exclusively serve USDA-certified prime steaks, which will be butchered and dry aged on the premises.
