Chicago Cut Steakhouse’s Super Bowl prix-fixe menu includes a choice of classic Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Cake, Mixed Greens or Soup of the Day to start; a choice of the Chicago Cut Bone-In Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass with Valencia Orange reduction, or Crispy Amish Brick Chicken; sides of Creamed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes; and Apple Pie à la Mode for dessert. The menu is perfectly paired with a bottle Conn Creek “Herrick Red” Napa Valley or Terlato Chardonnay Russian River Valley wines.
