Red Light, Chicago’s venerable West Loop locale for Pan-Asian cuisine, announces an exciting sneak preview of some of the new menu items planned for launch in mid-February by their new Executive Chef Ryan Fowler.
Fowler has a passion for elevating traditional Asian dishes using modern cooking techniques. He is thrilled to bring a unique spin to Red Light’s Pan Asian menu and is giving Chicagoans the chance to preview some new offerings with a special 3-course menu available for $20.11 during lunch and dinner January 17 through February 15, 2011. Red Light will offer both a Vegan and non-Vegan $20.11 prix-fixe preview menu. Complete menus below.
Chicagoans can look forward to an updated menu in mid-February but can rest assured that Red Light favorites like Hong Kong Jerry, Chinese 5-Spice Ribs, and Crispy Whole Cat Fish will still be featured on the revamped menu; Fowler is increasing vegetarian and vegan offerings at the restaurant.
