This March, the Carnivale University Winter Quarter will end with a cooking demonstration by Carnivale’s Executive Chef David Dworshak. The demo will feature three traditional Latin style dishes including Fresh Ricotta Cheese, Corn Masa Sopes and Pork Adobo with Plantain Chutney.
