Chicago q, the city’s newest hot spot for upscale barbecue, is making sure those not eating meat for Lent have plenty of unique offerings to choose from on the menu.
In addition to menu regulars like BBq Lemon Shrimp and Grilled Polenta ($10.75), Hominy, Smoked Corn and Black Bean Salad ($9.75), and Smoked Salmon Steak ($23.75), Chicago q will offer a special Smoked Chilean Sea Bass with Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts ($25.75) every Friday through April 22, 2011.
