Tuscany Oak Brook April Wine Dinner

Guests are invited to enjoy an evening with James Collins as he features the Wines of Washington State with a five-course dinner on Tuesday, April 5 at Tuscany Restaurant in Oak Brook.  Seasonal menu highlights will include: Roasted Jumbo Shrimp wrapped in Smoked Bacon, Round Ravioli stuffed with Granny Smith Apples and Duck Confit, and Roasted Veal Strip Loin Medallion wrapped in Speck Prosciutto.  Featured wines will include: Waterbrook Melange Blanc 2008, Primarius Pinot Noir 2006, Washington Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 and more.  Full menu with pairings available below.
