Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse in Oak Brook announces a Glenlivet Scotch Dinner featuring Glenlivet Ambassador Winston Evans and courses prepared by Executive Chef Brian Key on Tuesday, April 26 at 7:00 PM.
The Glenlivet Distillery, located in Moray, Scotland produces single malt scotch whisky. Glenlivet scotch has become the biggest selling malt whisky in the United States.
The five-course event begins with passed appetizers like Foie Gras PB&J paired with The Glenlivet 12 Year Old. Four courses will follow and highlights include Seared Sea Scallop and Lobster paired with The Glenlivet 16 Year Old Nadurra, and Gibsons Prime Angus Strip Loin paired with The Glenlivet 18 Year Old. The decadent meal will finish with Flourless Chocolate Cake paired with The Glenlivet 21 Year Old Archive. All attendees will enjoy a “final toast” featuring The Glenlivet XXV.
