April’s Wine Bash features an array of wines from Italy with a focus on Sicilian wines. The tasting will include samples of Caldora Chardonnay; and Cusumano Syrah, Nero d’Avola, and Merlot. Wines are paired with festive bites by Executive Chef John Coletta.
Light fare will include seasonal specialties like roasted peppers, beet and walnut salad along with passed assorted Neapolitan pizze, bruschetta and grilled vegetables.

TO GO: Guests are invited to take home a bottle of the featured wines for only $10 per bottle.

ABOUT: Now in its third year, Quartino continues its wildly successful Monthly Wine Bash, on the last Wednesday of every month. The Monthly Wine Bash showcases wine from a particular region or in a particular style and gives Chicagoans a chance to taste select wines for only $20. Evening includes wine tasting, paired menu samplings like Quartino’s Signature Pizza, Italian Meats and Cheeses and more.
