The Dailey Method®, the leading full-body premier barre workout since 2000, announces the launch of their first DVD to be available at www.thedaileymethod.com on May 9, 2011. Featuring 30-minute and 60-minute workouts, The Dailey Method DVD offers challenging and effective moves that participants can do at home or on the road when they travel.
The Dailey Method’s hallmark is its proprietary one-hour fitness class which combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. The classes successfully strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body while providing quick physical results. The DVD has been created to do the same.
Effective moves included on the DVD include:
· Standing seatwork
· Single-leg lifts
· Hi/low c-curve
· Light weight exercises
