Carlucci Restaurant in Downers Grove announces an upcoming wine dinner featuring St. Clement Vineyards of Napa, California on Wednesday, May 18. St. Clement winemaker Danielle Cyrot will lead guests through a four-course dinner paired with five different St. Clement wines, including the venerable Oroppas Cabernet Sauvignon. The menu will be prepared by Carlucci’s Executive Chef Kevin Provenzano.
