This June, the Carnivale University Spring Quarter will conclude with Carnivale’s Executive Chef David Dworshak leading this interactive grilling demonstration on a wood-burning grill in the kitchen at Carnivale. The demo will feature Latin style dishes including Churrasco Beef Tenderloin and Wild Salmon. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary Carnivale Bloody Maria before class.
