Texas de Brazil’s Chicago location announces an evening of fine dining and wine tasting in partnership with Silver Oak Cellars of Napa Valley. The evening will feature 3-courses of items from Texas de Brazil’s signature 50-item salad area and seasoned, flame-grilled cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage, and decadent desserts paired perfectly with select wines from Silver Oak Cellars of Napa Valley.
Texas de Brazil will pour Twomey Cellars by Silver Oak Pinot Noir as a welcome drink when guests start to arrive. With the salad, they will pour Silver Oak Alexander Valley and with the meats, they will serve Silver Oak Napa Valley. Guests will receive one six-ounce glass of the mentioned wines above.
