Tuscany Oak Brook Live Music

Guests are invited to enjoy the sounds of the Eustachia Band featuring Cindi Cronin at Tuscany Restaurant in Oak Brook for the monthly music series “Tune into Tuscany: Fourth Fridays Live” on Friday, June 24.  Patrons can also indulge in Tuscany’s revamped $3 Bar Bites Happy Hour, available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, featuring items like Mini Burgers, Fried Shrimp Tempura, Mini Filet Sandwiches and Baked Caprese Crostini.  Daily drink specials at Tuscany Oak Brook include half-off martinis on Tuesdays, half-off wine on Wednesdays and half-off all beer on Thursdays.  Specials are available in the bar and lounge only.

Four incredible musicians combined to form the band, Eustachia, that creates dynamic and energetic sounds through the decade for listening and dancing pleasure.  The lovely and talented Cindi Cronin is on vocals and accompanied by Terry Allen (Keyboard & Bass), Mark Shraub (Guitar), Keith Pabach (Drums & Percussion) and Mingas Matkus (Saxophone & Percussion).


The Lucky Monk Live Music in June

Every Thursday at The Lucky Monk, guests can enjoy live acoustic music on the patio beginning at 9:00 PM.  The June music lineup will feature performances by 7th Heaven (June 2), Jason Sturmon (June 9), Michael Heaton Duo (June 16), Diet Soda (June 23) and Bad Medicine (June 30).  Additionally, The Lucky Monk offers Thursday specials including select Lucky Monk Brews for $3.50 and a “Pitcher This” special featuring Signature Sangria, Stoli Lemonade, Monk’s Punch, or Sailor Jerry Punch for $8 (32 oz pitcher) or $17 (64 oz pitcher).

Located next to the AMC 30 theatre just off Barrington Road, The Lucky Monk is a great place for date night, a comfortable family meal or private events.  The restaurant offers a variety of options for any event from baby showers and retirement parties to board meetings and birthday parties.  Event spaces include the Abbey Room which seats 50 people and includes a DVD player, Plasma TV, IPOD dock and wireless internet access.  The Lucky Monk also features the La Trappe Room (seats 36, semi-private), the new Priory Room (seats 15, accessibility to the fire pit and patio), and the patio (seats 70, can be divided into two semi private spaces).

Carnivale Summer Concert Series

This June, Carnivale will continue their Summer Concert Series featuring an array of new live music from some of Chicago’s most renowned bands.  Every Wednesday from 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM, guests will enjoy live music and entertainment as they indulge in Carnivale’s soulful Latino cuisine and refreshing libations.  Patrons can enjoy the music from the bar and lounge as well as Carnivale’s outdoor dining area which boasts views of the Chicago skyline. “Live in the Dome” at Excalibur

Excalibur, Chicago’s venerable party castle, presents LIVE in the Dome every Thursday night featuring Chicago’s newest, up-and-coming Rock, Funk, Jazz and Alternative local bands.  The Dome room at Excalibur/Vision has been home to rock greats like Filter and Local H among others.

This June, guests are invited to enjoy live music at Carlucci Restaurant in Downers Grove every Saturday.  Their new June music lineup features entertainment by The Moods, The Niche, This End Up and Luv Shak.  Guests can also indulge in specials including new $3 and $5 appetizers available from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday in the bar area with the purchase of a cocktail (dine-in only and a limit of one appetizer per drink).  Full appetizer menus are available upon request.

Carnivale April Live Music Schedule

This April, Carnivale will take its vibrant bar scene to the next level with a full schedule of live music featuring some of Chicago’s most renowned Latin bands.  Every Wednesday from 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM, guests will enjoy live music and entertainment as they indulge in Carnivale’s soulful Latino cuisine and refreshing libations.  Admission is free (full schedule available below).

As a pre-music bonus, guests are invited to join Carnivale on Wednesday, April 13 as the Carnivale University Spring Quarter begins with a Salsa 101 Dance Class from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  For $25 per person, students are invited to learn dance steps from Cuba, Puerto Rico and New York.  Latin nightlife moves will be taught by Latin Street Dancing Directors Andres and Touba.  No partner is required and the dance lesson will include a complimentary Mojito, Guacamole and Chips.  Reservations Required.  Call (312) 850-5005.

In addition, skilled composer and trombonist and 2004 Grammy Nominee Angel Melendez along with his quartet will perform on Wednesday, April 13 and 27.  Having played some of the great Chicago venues including The Chicago Symphony Center, Millennium Park’s Pritzker Pavilion, The House of Blues and The Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, Angel Melendez has grown to become one of the most recognized Latin musicians in Chicago.
