Millennium Park will once again become a culinary hotbed as Chicago Gourmet 2010 takes place from Friday, September 24 through Sunday, September 26. The city’s top restaurants, chefs, sommeliers and experts will take part in the foodie-focused festivities, which will include cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, seminars and much more.
The Bon Appetit-sponsored Dine Around program, which kicks off on Monday, August 30 and continues through Sunday, September 26, offers diners a chance to earn a free ticket to Chicago Gourmet by purchasing five meals at participating restaurants. During this time, Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush, RIVA Crab House on Navy Pier and Tavern on Rush will all offer special prix-fixe Dine Around Menus. Complete menus and details available below.

Federico Comacchio, head chef of Phil Stefani’s 437 Rush, will serve his creative Italian cuisine at Chicago Gourmet 2010. The sophisticated Italian steakhouse will also participate in the Bon Appetit Dine Around showcasing a four-course menu for $55 per person and two martini specials — Lino’s Limoncello Martini with Absolut Vodka, Caravella Limoncello and ginger ale in a sugar-rimmed glass with a lemon wheel; and the French Martini with Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and pineapple juice, $10 each.
