About Bistronomic
Chef Martial Noguier and John Ward opened the doors to Bistronomic, a bistro/gastronomic concept, in February 2011. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast and featuring local and seasonal ingredients complemented by an extensive French-centric wine list, Bistronomic offers a creative menu and authentic French bistro dining experience.  The collection of rare, old and new world wines are exceptionally priced and available by the glass or bottle.  With shades of deep red and espresso adorned walls, accompanied by a beige interior, charcoal suede banquettes, and a double-sided bar to suit clientele space and conversation, Noguier and Ward have established the ultimate setting for their guests.  In keeping with Bistronomic’s concept of combining seasonal and modern French cuisine in an intimate neighborhood setting, many ingredients are provided by regionally-based Nichols Farm, Capriole Farm and Pleasant Ridge.  Bistronomic is open daily for dinner and will soon offer weekday lunch and weekend brunch menus as well.  Reservations are strongly suggested and can be made by visiting www.opentable.com or www.bistronomic.net; for more information, visit Bistronomic’s website or call 312-944-8400.
